The Union Public Service Commission(UPSC) will be conducting the Civil Services Preliminary Exam commonly called the IAS Prelims Exam on 2 June 2019. The UPSC will be issuing the official notification of the Civil Services Examination 2019 in the month of February. The exam will be conducted in the month of June, so there will be around 4 months for the IAS Preliminary preparation. The candidates need to work on the most important topic for the IAS Preliminary Exam. There are certain topics which found their place each year in the IAS Preliminary Exam. The candidates need to focus their preparation on these important topics so that they can cement their position in the IAS Preliminary Exam.
The Civil Services Exam (Preliminary) will be held on 2 June 2019. To clear the IAS Exam, one has to do smart preparation within a limited time-frame. The smart preparation is the one that is based on the analysis of given UPSC syllabus and previous year question papers. In the last few years, it has been found that most of the questions either in the IAS Prelims or IAS Mains Exam used to be closely related to the events that occurred in the recent past.
Besides this, IAS aspirants must prepare all the topics associated with the socio-economic, geographical, political, environmental, historical and cultural aspects of India.
