Amritpal Kaur, 29, from Gurdaspur is on cloud nine after clearing the civil services examination with 44th rank in her fourth attempt. She is amongst a handful of students from Punjab who cracked the premier exam of the country. For Amritpal, whose parents are government servants, it’s a childhood dream come true.
